This document sets out all the conditions, restrictions, and guidelines that apply to using the baji cricket platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account.
1 General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between the owner and operator of the baji cricket platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to all baji cricket services in Bangladesh, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other entertainment activities.
In addition to these Terms, separate game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional offer conditions may also apply when using baji cricket services. In such cases, those terms must be read alongside and in line with these Terms.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering on, logging in to, or using any service on the baji cricket platform, you acknowledge that you accept all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform.
1.2 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the platform's interpretation will be considered final. baji cricket is committed to treating all members fairly and transparently.
2 Account Registration and Verification
To open an account with baji cricket, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details required at registration include your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method information.
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. Having more than one account is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended or closed. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method also falls under this provision.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information when creating an account is strictly prohibited. baji cricket may at any time request the necessary documents from a member to verify their identity. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary account restrictions.
2.3 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the baji cricket support team immediately. You must not allow any third party access to your account.
3 Age and Eligibility Requirements
All baji cricket services are for persons aged 21 years or older only. If a minor uses this platform, or if a member allows a minor to use it, that constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of the account.
Any attempt to bypass the age requirement by providing a false date of birth at registration may result in all account balances and pending withdrawal requests being cancelled.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
It is your own responsibility to comply with the laws of the region from which you are accessing the service. baji cricket reserves the right to restrict services in certain areas.
4 Account Management and Balance
Each member's account holds a main wallet balance. Deposited funds are credited to the wallet and deducted from it when placing bets. Winnings are also returned to the wallet.
4.1 Account Security and Login
Logging out after each session and avoiding the use of your account on public devices are good security practices. You are advised to change your password regularly.
4.2 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, baji cricket may apply a maintenance fee with advance notice. The definition of inactivity and the fee amount will be stated in the relevant notice. This provision does not apply if the account has no balance.
4.3 Account Transfer
Selling, transferring, or handing over an account, its balance, or its bonuses to any third party is strictly prohibited.
5 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
baji cricket supports transactions through the major mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Deposit and Withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank)

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain circumstances, additional time may be needed for identity verification.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Identity must be confirmed against the depositing account before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used to deposit. baji cricket reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious transactions.
5.5 Transaction Authenticity
All payments must be made from the member's own account. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
baji cricket offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which the member must read before claiming.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement based on the bonus amount. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system unfairly — such as claiming bonuses with multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or any other fraudulent method — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus is valid for a specific period. If wagering is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
7 Betting Rules and Outcomes
baji cricket follows specific rules for placing bets on sports betting and casino games. Once confirmed, all bets are considered final and generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
7.1 Odds and Bet Types
baji cricket supports decimal, fractional, and American odds formats. Official results of the relevant event are used to determine bet outcomes. Sports betting includes cricket matches, football, and other popular events.
7.2 Cancelled and Void Bets
If an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, baji cricket reserves the right to void the bet and return the deposited amount. In certain circumstances involving multi-bets, a voided selection may be treated as a "win" and the remaining bet settled on the outcome of the other selections.
7.3 Technical Errors
If incorrect odds or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical issue, baji cricket reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected bets. Bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds will not be considered valid.
7.4 Maximum Winnings Cap
baji cricket may set a maximum winnings cap for certain games and events. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated in the description of the relevant game or event.
8 Prohibited Activities and Fraud
baji cricket is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
- Attempting to hack or access another member's account
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Any dishonest attempt to influence game outcomes
- Abusing promotional offers or engaging in collaborative betting
- Contacting others while posing as a baji cricket employee or representative
9 Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by baji cricket's Privacy Policy. That policy applies alongside these Terms.
9.1 Use of Information
Information provided at registration is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement. Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
9.2 Cookies and Tracking
baji cricket uses cookies to improve the platform experience. By using the platform, you are considered to have consented to the use of cookies.
10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
baji cricket strives to deliver its services to the highest standard, but certain limitations of liability apply.
10.1 Service Interruptions
baji cricket is not obliged to provide compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or external causes. However, reasonable steps will be taken to protect members' interests for bets placed during a known interruption.
10.2 Third-Party Games
Various third-party games are available on the baji cricket platform. The relevant provider's policies apply to any technical issues with those games.
10.3 Internet Connectivity
If a bet is lost or a transaction is left incomplete due to an internet connectivity issue, baji cricket will act based on the information recorded in its system.
11 Account Closure & Restrictions
baji cricket may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated
- If registration was completed using false information
- If the member is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity
- To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives
- If a member requests voluntary account closure
In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, members may request temporary or permanent account restrictions to address gambling-related concerns. This request can be made through the support team.
11.1 Balance After Account Closure
If the account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms and conditions — whether at the member's own request or due to inactivity — any remaining valid balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned after the relevant verification process is completed.
12 Terms Changes & Dispute Resolution
baji cricket reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given reasonable advance notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
12.1 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through baji cricket's 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English. If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, the platform's formal dispute resolution process must be followed.
